01The challenge

Tax preparation is a crowded, seasonal market. First Refund LTD needed to stop the scroll, explain its services quickly and turn attention into appointments across social, storefront, print and radio.

02Our approach

We built an edgy, high-contrast visual system and shot square-format video so every spot plays natively on any platform without re-edits. A consistent color scheme and deliberate QR code placement put a direct path to booking on every asset, from the storefront window to the feed.
