Equipment rental terms.

01Reservations & payment

Online bookings are paid through Stripe at checkout. A booking is confirmed once we verify availability, normally within one business day. If any item is unavailable, we refund that item in full.

02Rental period

The rental period runs from the pickup or delivery date through the return date you select, inclusive. Multi-day rates apply as shown at checkout. Late returns are billed at the daily rate for each additional day.

03Delivery, pickup & operators

Packages and the LED wall include delivery, setup and an operator. Individual items may be picked up or delivered for the fee shown. Some equipment is only released with our operator; we will contact you if your order requires one.

04Care & use

Renter agrees to use equipment as intended, keep it protected from weather, liquids and theft, and not to sublease or modify it. Only qualified people may operate it.

05Loss & damage

Renter is responsible for loss, theft or damage from pickup or delivery until return, up to full replacement cost. We may require a certificate of insurance naming Aarius Dumas Productions LLC before release of equipment.

06Cancellations

Cancel 14 or more days before the rental start for a full refund. Cancel 7 to 13 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once within 90 days, subject to availability.

07Photography

These terms apply to headshot, event and brand photography booked on this site.

• Booking. Your session is reserved when you check out. We confirm the exact time and location within one business day. If your date is not available, you are refunded in full.
• Rescheduling. Individual headshot sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Event, team and brand bookings follow the cancellation schedule above, measured from the shoot date.
• Late arrival. Sessions end at their scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. If we are late, your full session time is honored.
• Delivery. Retouched headshots are delivered within 3 business days and event galleries within 5–7 business days, unless rush delivery is purchased. Delivery is through a private online gallery.
• Retouching. Retouching keeps you looking like you: skin cleanup, flyaways, color and exposure. One round of revision requests is included for each retouched image.
• Files. We deliver edited high-resolution JPEGs. RAW files are not included. Files are kept for one year after delivery.
• Usage. You and your organization may use delivered images for marketing, press, social media, websites, internal use and fundraising. Resale, paid advertising campaigns and stock licensing need a written license. We may use images in our portfolio unless you ask us not to; we never use images of minors without written permission.
• Releases. For events and team sessions, the client is responsible for any photo releases its guests, employees or minors require.
• Weather. Outdoor sessions affected by weather are moved to the next mutually available date at no charge.

08Liability

Aarius Dumas Productions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment use or failure. Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
