01Who we are
Aarius Dumas Productions LLC (“we”, “us”) operates aariusdumas.com. Questions about this policy: info@aariusdumas.com, 614-404-7082, or PO Box 347, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
02Information you give us
When you request a quote, call, text or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone, organization, event date, venue, budget range and project details.
03Online rentals and payments
Equipment rentals booked online are paid through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are never stored on our website. Stripe shares with us your name, email, phone, billing address, event venue and what you booked so we can fulfill your order. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment data it processes.
04Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. The rental cart remembers your selections in your own browser’s local storage; it is not sent to us until you check out. We do not use advertising cookies.
05How we use information
To answer inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support the services and rentals you book, send receipts and confirmations, keep records required for accounting and tax purposes, and improve our website. With your consent we may share event photos or video in our portfolio.
06Text messages
If you text our toll-free number or opt in to texts, our separate SMS Terms of Service apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
07Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example web hosting, email and payment processing), when required by law, or to protect our rights and property.
08Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
09Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
10Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
