Four months of multi-camera live production for packed public programs: switching, streaming and recording in real time, with no second takes.
Panels, keynotes and audience Q&A in front of a full room, plus a remote audience expecting the same experience as the front row. Live leaves no room for “we’ll fix it in post.” Every camera cut, audio level and lower-third has to land the first time.
We built a portable control room on site: a hardware production switcher, PTZ cameras on joystick control, program and multiview monitoring, and a dedicated streaming encoder. Aarius ran the show as Technical Director, calling shots, riding audio and firing graphics on cue, while recording clean feeds for post-production.
A repeatable live production workflow that extended every in-person gathering to a remote audience, and gave the client a growing library of recorded programming to keep using long after the room emptied.
