01Program overview

Aarius Dumas Productions LLC (“ADP”) operates a text messaging program on our toll-free number 1-866-81-VIDEO (1-866-818-4336). These SMS Terms explain how it works and your rights. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

02Two kinds of messages

• Conversational and service messages. When you text us first, or give us your number on a quote, booking or rental form and check the SMS box, we may text you about that request: answers, quotes, confirmations, reminders, delivery windows and support.
• Marketing messages. We send promotional texts (for example, booking-season openings or LED wall availability) only to people who have given separate, express written consent to receive marketing texts from ADP, such as by checking an unchecked marketing box or texting a keyword we advertise for that purpose.

03How you opt in

You opt in by texting our number, or by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a form on this site, which states the program name, the type of messages, that frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or opt out. Consent boxes are never pre-checked.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to texts to request a quote, book a service or rent equipment. If you opt in for someone else’s phone, you confirm you are the account holder or have their permission.

04How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT, and any other reasonable request to stop, whether by text, email to info@aariusdumas.com, or a call to 614-404-7082.

After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming it, and no further texts unless you opt in again. We process opt-out requests promptly and in any case within the time the law requires (currently no more than 10 business days). Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages you need for an active booking unless you ask us to stop all texts.

06When we text

We send texts on business days and at reasonable hours. We do not send marketing texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone, and we follow stricter state limits where they apply. Time-sensitive event-day logistics you have asked for may be sent outside those hours.

07Costs and carriers

ADP does not charge for texts, but message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. The program works with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by coverage, your device or carrier filtering.

08Privacy of your mobile information

We use your number and messages only to run this program and provide the services you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own use. We share information only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging platform and carriers), and as required by law.

09Eligibility

The program is for people 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) with a U.S. mobile number. By opting in you confirm you meet these requirements.

10Content of messages

We do not send texts about restricted topics (such as alcohol, firearms, tobacco or cannabis) and we keep links to our own website or trusted partners such as Stripe and our client gallery host. We will never ask for passwords or full card numbers by text. If a message claiming to be from us asks for those, do not reply and contact us.

11Recordkeeping

We keep a record of when and how you opted in and opted out, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and wireless industry guidelines, for at least the period the law requires.

12Changes to the program

We may change or end the program, or these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and we will text current subscribers when a change affects them. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept it; you can always reply STOP.

13Laws and guidelines we follow

This program is designed to follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and FCC rules, the CAN-SPAM Act where texts are sent as email, applicable state telemarketing and “mini-TCPA” laws, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and toll-free messaging verification requirements. If you believe we have texted you in error, reply STOP and contact us so we can fix it.
