A year of moments, captured to help a nonprofit raise more for the families it serves.

01The challenge

ETSS Tewahedo Social Services empowers refugees, immigrants and low-income families in Central Ohio through services that build self-sufficiency and community integration. Its biggest moments, a Youth Summit for K–12 students and the Evening of Promise fundraising gala, carry its story to donors. ETSS needed one partner to capture all of it and turn it into media that helps raise money.

02Our approach

We covered ETSS across the year. At the Youth Summit we captured students, cultural performances and workshops. At the Evening of Promise gala, held in a historic marble atrium, we photographed and filmed a full house: the program, cultural dance, honorees, guests and the paddle raise. From that body of work, we produced fundraising content and a “Year in Review” film that shows donors the impact of their support.

03What we delivered

• Youth Summit coverage
• Evening of Promise gala photography and video
• “ETSS: A Year in Review” film
• Fundraising media for appeals, social and donor outreach
• Event galleries for the organization
