Technical pre-production and live event AV for Systems Acceleration’s in-person business event in a Columbus hotel ballroom: multi-screen visuals, PTZ cameras, sound and a single control position.

Systems Acceleration helps business owners scale by stepping back and letting delegation, automation and data run the business. Its live event needed to practice what it preaches: no patchwork of vendors, no last-minute troubleshooting, and no one on the team pulled away from guests to fix a screen or a mic. The room had to look and sound like the brand from the first slide to the last Q&A.
We pitched the event the way the client thinks: as a system. Our proposal mapped audio, visuals, cameras and cue management into one repeatable framework, with a single control position running the show. Planning started with a kickoff and the run of show, then shot lists, branded graphics and integration tests before load-in. On site, a three-screen display package framed the stage on both sides of the speaker, robotic Canon PTZ cameras covered the presenters without blocking sightlines, and our rack-mounted audio and switching ran from the back of the room. Branded signage, slides and video all played through the same system, so every transition felt planned.

A full ballroom saw a clean, consistent program: presenters on stage, content on every screen, and no visible technology problems. The client’s team stayed focused on its guests, which was the point.
