IMPACT Community Action has fought poverty in Central Ohio for more than 17 years through housing stability, utility and rental assistance, workforce development and youth services. Ripple of Hope, its annual awards celebration, honors community leaders working to reduce poverty, and proceeds fund IMPACT’s programs. The films needed to feel as human as the mission, across many voices and many locations.
We set up interviews wherever the story lived: offices, community spaces, outdoor locations and on the steps downtown. Each setup paired cinema cameras with dedicated audio and shaped lighting so every voice looks and sounds its best. In post, we matched Blackmagic RAW and Sony S-Log3 footage in DaVinci Resolve so more than a dozen interviews cut together as one film.
