YWCA Columbus wanted to honor strong young women at the start of their careers who are dedicated to community impact, in a way that felt personal and real, not like a slideshow at a luncheon.
We worked with YWCA stakeholders to plan the piece, then captured honorees in their own words through interview-led storytelling, shaped in the edit into a film that moves.
A packed ballroom, a live program and an audience of Columbus leaders. This is the scale YWCA trusts us with. Go behind the camera to see the setup, the crew and the room’s reaction as honorees took the stage.
