Aarius Prompter is made by Aarius Dumas Productions LLC (“we”). The app works without an account, shows no ads and contains no tracking or analytics. Your scripts, settings and recordings are stored only on your device.
Scripts you write or import, and your display settings, are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. They are not sent to us. If your device backs up apps (for example iCloud or Google backup), they may be included in that backup under your account with Apple or Google.
The camera and microphone are used only while you are recording or using voice-follow. Videos are recorded on your device and are saved to your photo library or shared only when you choose. We never receive your recordings.
Voice-follow uses your device’s built-in speech recognition from Apple or Google. Where the device supports it, recognition happens entirely on the device. Otherwise audio may be processed by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. We do not receive or store your audio or transcripts.
When you start the phone remote, the app and the remote exchange short control messages (such as play, pause, speed and progress) through our server at aariusdumas.com, identified by a temporary five-letter code. Script text is not sent. Sessions are deleted automatically within six hours. Our server records IP addresses briefly to prevent abuse.
Pro is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle payment. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases; it receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt from the store. We never see your payment details.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
You can delete scripts in the app, delete recordings from your photo library, and revoke camera, microphone, speech recognition or photo permissions in your device settings at any time. Deleting the app removes everything stored by it on your device.
